Pre-Order Policy — LeDoux itt

Certain LeDoux itt products may be sold as pre-orders. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms:

Pre-Order Processing

  • Payment is collected at checkout to reserve your item.

  • Estimated ship dates are provided on the product page. These dates are estimates and may shift based on production or supplier timelines.

Shipping Pre-Order Items

  • Pre-order items ship as soon as they become available.

  • If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they may ship together unless split shipping is chosen (if offered).

  • Split shipping may incur additional shipping fees.

Delays

If production or supplier delays occur, LeDoux itt will notify you via email with updated shipping timelines.

Cancellations

  • Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed if production or fulfillment has already begun.

Refunds for Pre-Orders

Refunds follow our standard Return Policy once your item has been delivered.
If a pre-order item becomes unavailable or production is stopped, you’ll receive a full refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

LeDoux itt is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.
If a package is lost, please contact the carrier first. We’re happy to assist if needed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please confirm your shipping address before completing checkout.
